Successfully Performed An On-Board Windlass Repair

Marine Technical Experts has carried out numerous windlass repair projects. Among of them was a windlass repair for a 105000t Crude Oil Tanker where we dismantled the windlass, reconditioned the shaft, we fabricated new bronze bearings, we checked the alignment of bearing pockets, replaced the brake pads with new, we took measurements of pins, measurements for the pin pockets, measurements for the bearings, measurements of the bearing pockets and assembled everything back resulting to making the windlass working again like new.
